Refunds & enrollment

stubState the refund window in plain language. Example placeholder: "Full refund available up to 7 days before the cohort start date. After the cohort begins, refunds are handled case-by-case."

stubTransfer policy—yes/no, when allowed, any limits, whether a fee applies. Example placeholder: "You can transfer your enrollment to a later cohort once at no charge, up until the third session of your current cohort."

stubRecording policy—whether sessions are recorded, where they live (Maven course portal), how long they're available, async participation. stubOffice Hours operational detail—when, where, how to join, whether they're recorded. Example placeholder: "Office Hours run every Friday at [time] on Maven. Drop in any week your cohort is active. Sessions aren't recorded so you can speak freely about real work."

stubHow revisits are scheduled, who runs them, whether attendance is required. Example placeholder: "30- and 90-day revisits are scheduled with your cohort at the end of the course. Attendance is optional but strongly encouraged—it's the part of the course that turns insights into deployments."

Billing & sponsorship
