A 4-session course for non-technical executives who need to get up to speed with AI—fast enough to make the staffing, tooling, and strategy calls landing on their desk this quarter. Taught by Jay Wolff. Built for those with full plates.
Directors, founders, operators, and execs who are now expected to weigh in on AI staffing, tooling, vendors, and rollout—and who don't have months to lose on a masterclass or a YouTube rabbit hole.
You don't need to become a developer. You need the ‘director’ lens: enough working fluency to lead, evaluate, and steer AI on your own work. That's what this course delivers.
A highly efficient build, end-to-end. No padding, no homework theater, no cohort you'll never see again.
The core curriculum, taught live with your cohort. End-to-end.
Weekly drop-in time during your cohort to bring real work and real questions.
Cohort check-in 30 days after the course ends. Because that's where most courses lose you.
Second cohort check-in at 90 days. The real test of what's still working.
Designed for executives whose calendar is already booked. Concentrated, not padded.
You won't leave technical. You'll leave with something more useful for your role: the lens of someone who directs AI rather than fears it or defers on it.

No. The course is built for non-technical executives by a non-technical instructor. You won't be writing code. You will be making decisions about AI—staffing, tooling, strategy—with much more confidence than you walked in with.
Four 90-minute live sessions, taught live with your cohort end-to-end across one month. Friday Office Hours and 30- and 90-day cohort revisits are optional. The final week closes with the fourth live session in its regular class slot, in place of Office Hours. The course is designed end-to-end for executives with full calendars—no padding.
Every session is recorded and posted to your Maven course page, typically within 24 hours, and recordings stay available to enrolled students. Friday Office Hours are recorded too, so a missed week is easy to recover. That said, the course is built to be attended live—recordings are the safety net, not the plan.
Live cohort dates, the session-by-session syllabus, and current pricing all live on the Maven course page—that's the single source of truth, always current.
